Our Firm is currently hiring a Senior Trial Attorney. This individual will be a pillar of our team, adeptly handling a variety of real estate disputes and related litigation matters, while showcasing exceptional leadership in managing a team of paralegals and clerks.

Types of Case Matters

\n

We handle Partitions, Quiet Title Actions, Real Estate Fraud, Foreclosure Litigation, Purchase/Sale Disputes, Real Estate Agent Misrepresentations, Easement/Boundary Disputes, Estate Planning, and Probate Litigation.

This position offers a unique opportunity to lead a team of associate(s), paralegal(s), and law clerk(s). As Senior Attorney, you'll direct case strategy, delegate and review work product, and mentor your team's professional development — building the litigation team around you while driving results for the firm's clients.

The ideal candidate will:

\n

\n
• Show exceptional analytical acuity, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in drafting and reviewing transactional documents.
\n
• Demonstrate the ability to conduct thorough legal research and provide sound legal advice.
\n
• Draft motions, prepare discovery, and conduct depositions.
\n
• Develop litigation strategies and execute comprehensive case plans.
\n
• Represent clients in court with confidence and poise, exhibiting exceptional communication skills.
\n
• Negotiate settlements that align with client's best interests.
\n
• Lead and manage a team of paralegals and clerks, maintaining an environment of excellence and continuous growth.

\n

The following are the requirements for this role:

\n

\n
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
\n
• Active member in good standing of the California State Bar
\n
• 10+ years in civil litigation with trial experience
\n
• Experience litigating real estate matters
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
\n

Compensation:

\n

Our firm offers a competitive compensation package, with a salary rate ranging from $200,000-$300,000 depending on the attorney level, experience, education, and potential for growth and advancement.
