The Role
We are seeking an experienced RN to serve as a Nurse Navigator in a concierge model. This role is ideal for a nurse who values professionalism, autonomy, and thoughtful, unhurried care. You will support a small, curated member panel and work closely with physician leadership to deliver a seamless, white-glove experience.
