Key responsibilities Develop paid-creative strategies and visual directions for growth channels like Meta and TikTok Design landing pages and website experiences that facilitate patient understanding and conversion Build reusable design systems and templates to streamline future creative work Required qualifications A strong portfolio showcasing landing pages, web flows, and brand creative Exceptional visual craft in typography, layout, and brand systems, along with sound UX judgment Experience translating audience insights into creative concepts and testable variants Fluency in Figma; familiarity with Framer, Webflow, or AI-native design tools is advantageous Experience in health care or trust-sensitive consumer categories is beneficial
