Responsibilities for Customer Support Data Entry Clerk jobs include but are not limited to:
Accurately enter customer information, orders, and service requests into company database systems
Maintain, update, and verify customer records to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Identify and correct data discrepancies while performing routine data audits
Organize, file, and maintain customer records and documentation
Handle confidential customer information in compliance with company policies and data protection regulations
Support the customer service team with administrative and data management tasks
Prioritize multiple assignments while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Customer Support Data Entry Clerk jobs:
Minimum 1 year of data entry, administrative, or customer service experience
Experience within the medical device industry is preferred
Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word
Typing speed of 30+ WPM with a high degree of accuracy
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Professional, customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay Details: $22.00 to $23.00 per hour
